Serengeti Migration Camp

The Serengeti Migration Camp is in the Northern section of the Serengeti. The camp lies hidden among rocky outcrops next to the Grumeti River, which forms part of the Great Migration route. It is during the Great Migration that over 1.2 million wildebeest and 750,000 zebras trek from Tanzania to the Masai Mara Reserve in Southern Kenya.

The Serengeti Migration Camp is so close to the migration route that the vibration caused by the massive herds can be felt at the camp. The Serengeti is not just about the migration, however: It is a year-round destination with great predator-prey interaction and Big 5 game viewing.

Accommodation:

The camp has 20 luxurious safari tents, made from stone, canvas, and wood. The tents are very spacious with a wrap-around veranda, offering fantastic views. The tents also feature ensuite bathrooms (shower only) and an outdoor living area.

Animals roam freely among the tents, offering guests a fun and authentic safari experience. Migration Camp also offers a honeymoon tent that is secluded, with an outdoor hot tub. Guests can also request a family tent: two joined tents with a large shared bathroom which can sleep up to 6 people.
